Youth

Our focus here at St. Stephens Youth is that teens would grow to love Jesus more, that they would be concerned for those who do not know Jesus and that their love for Jesus and others would be shown in the way they live their lives.

Because we believe that the bible is the way this happens, we aim to teach the bible and build relationships so that teens and others can see what responding to the Bible looks like in daily living. We have a host of different things happening, from evangelistic outreaches, to social evenings, Bible study and topical studies to help Christian young people think through certain issues.

Youth camp coming up...

We have our youth camp coming up soon. The camp will take place from 28-30 September and we will be staying in the scenic town of Franschoek. The cost of the camp is R280 and all we request is that you fill in one of the camp forms available from the church office or at the welcome/information/book table on Sundays.

In general

We have our youth confirmation service coming up on the night of September 30 at 7:00pm.

The youth ministry at St Stephens wants to start conducting youth bible study sessions. We are keen to hold these study sessions on Tuesday nights from 7:00 - 8:30pm and on Friday nights from 7:30 - 9:30pm in the youth center.
