U-turn is a Christian Non-Profit Organisation that was initiated at St Stephens in August 1997. U-turn reaches out to street people living in and around Claremont offering practical, emotional and spiritual assistance to people in need. It is the love & example of our Lord Jesus Christ which motivates us to continue with this ministry.
There are lots of opportunities to get involved from the very practical such as helping with our weekly 2nd hand clothes store, or skills training all the way through to helping with bible studies and mentoring individuals.
