It’s important for us to look beyond what’s happening in our own church and suburb. And every year there are opportunities to get involved in great camps, conferences and missions. Check out some of the events coming up…

EQUIP (formely MYC)

EQUIP is an annual Evangelical Christian conference that is held in the Western Cape (South Africa).The aim of the conference is to expose students and young adults to good Bible-driven teaching and to equip them to read the Bible for themselves. This year 1 - 5 April at Rocklands Conference Centre, Simonstown (Cape Town)

GO

GO! is an annual Mission Outreach involving all the Cape churches. It’s the perfect way to learn more about sharing your faith with others. In 2009 outreaches took place in both Hermanus & Mitchells Plain. Speak to your leader to find out more.

CROSSWORDlogo

Crossword is the annual denominational(CESA) youth camp that happens in the December holidays in Stellenbosch. An awesome whole week long camp to meet other Christians and learn from the Bible. As students you are able to serve by being a group leader to about 5-6 teens for the week, leading small group discussions and/or helping with camp events
