OUR LAST ST STEPHEN'S CAMP

YOUTH CAMP 19-21 August 2011

OUR SPEAKER: Richard Edgecumbe Most of St Stephen’s youth know and love Richard as he was their good and faithful leader for 2 years. Richard took us through the first 8 Chapters of Romans over the weekend. His theme was Prison break where he showed us how the guilty are set free. It was an amazing time of meeting around God's word and also an opportunity of fellowship between St Stephens and St Thomas.

Crossword is the annual denominational(CESA) camp that happens in the December holidays of each year. An awesome whole week long camp

where you meet up with fellow Christians and learn from the Bible - and is open to all high schoolers - including those starting Grade 8 the following year. We at St Stephens support crossword and believe there is great value in attending this camp, so every year we make our best effort to encourage our teens and send them to it.

This year's camp happens 10-15 December in Stellenbosch.

This was our crossword camp from 2010 where Doug Wannenberg was our main speaker and took us through the book of Ephesians

as we spent the week looking at God's masterplan for His world and His people.

We had a great time of fellowship and fun and left there feeling very encouraged and ready for the new year.
