St Stephens Bible Church is organizing a fund-raising Golf Day to be held at the Parow Golf Club on FRIDAY 16 APRIL 2010. 
The format will be a Better-Ball Stableford.

 

St. Stephens Church is situated in Claremont and was established in 1941. We are a Bible believing Church and our goal is to share the message of Jesus with our community and our world. We have many different ministries operating from the Church and employ staff to serve those ministries

 In addition we support other ministries based at St. Stephens. These are:

  1. U-Turn - a ministry to the homeless - www.homeless.org.za
  2. Arise - a ministry to orphaned and vulnerable children - www.arisecapetown.org.za

 We invite all, golfers, non-golfers and faithful supporters, to join us on the day and assist us in making this a successful fundraising event.

 Details of the competition and the different ways in which you can support our work are shown on the entry form.

  •  We have a total of 36 four-balls available at a cost of R1000 per 4-ball. (R250 per player) Please see the attached entry form for details.
  •  Sponsorship of the first hole, putting green and clubhouse precinct is available at R5000 inclusive of entering a 4 ball.
  •  Other hole sponsors are invited at R1500 or alternatively R2500 inclusive of entering a 4 ball. Sponsors will be responsible for supplying, setting up and removing all relevant advertising and marketing materials on the day. See attached form.
  •  Donations for auctions, raffles and prizes are required. These items represent an integral part of any charity golf day.

Prize giving is scheduled for 19h00; all golfers, sponsors, spouses and friends are invited to attend.  Light snacks will be served and there will be an open bar for players and guests' own account.
